Welcome to the online home of the Sand and Sea Knitting Guild

Founded over 30 years ago, the Sand and Sea Knitting Guild is a chapter of The Knitting Guild Association, located in the greater Los Angeles area. Our guild is a diverse group of fiber artists, with many age groups represented.  We are all at different places on our creative journey. We have varying levels of expertise from beginners to experts and everything in between. We all share a passion for knitting and/or crocheting. We meet on the second Saturday of each month around West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley but we draw members from a wide area.

Our monthly meetings are a great learning experience with many members sharing their expertise with us as well as workshops a few times a year with well known knitting and crochet teachers.  We have Show and Share every month where we get to see the wonderful projects our members have made.
